The SILVER standard cleaning package is $40 per/hr. The scheduled cleaning will include all listed below.

* Making bed
* General dusting of all surfaces
* Wipe down mirrors, glass, & wood surfaces

1 Common Area Included
* Hallway
* Kitchen
* Dining Room
* Living Room
* Home Office
* Entrance Foyer
* General dusting of all surfaces
* Wiping down all main surfaces
* Floor Cleaning: sweep/mop/vacuum

Special Requests Add Ons:
(Upon request and given time constraints. Extra booking time may be necessary)
* Vacuum Stairs (+30 minutes) $10
* Interior walls wipe down per room (+30 minutes) $15
* Spider Web removal (+20 minutes) $15
* Cleaning inside of oven/fridge/freezer (+60 minutes) $20
* Chairs or Bar stool wipe down (+60 minutes) $20
* Inside cabinets cleaning organize (+60 minutes) $20
* Baseboards along walls-up to 3 rooms(+60 minutes) $30
* Organize Top of Dresser, Sinks, or Tables(+30 minutes) $20
* Pet Hair Cleanup dog/cat Does not include removal of pet waste. (+30 minutes) $20
* For all special requests additional cleaning time may be needed to accomplish desired results.

*Appointment Fine Print*
Online appointment required. Two hour minimum required for booking. A 24-hour cancellation policy applies. Cancellations under the 24-hour time frame will result in a non-refundable $25 charge. There will be No Refund for services received and rendered. All discount vouchers expire after 1 year. Monthly recurring cleaning memberships are charged a flat rate of $300/month (taxes may apply). Your membership can be canceled any time by sending in a cancellation email notice. Charges are drafted on the 3rd of each month. However, canceling after service has been used at-least once will result in forfeiting future appointments within the same month

What's not included? Moving heavy items over 5lbs, outdoor work, carpet cleaning, Laundry, Folding & organizing clothes, mold or infestation removal, deep stain removal, cleaning of pet messes, trash removal, and cleaning of areas outside normal reach.
